William S. Reardon, C.P.A. ׀ Director
William S. Reardon was appointed a member of the Company's Board of Directors in 2002. Mr. Reardon is a retired audit partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP ("PwC"), where he led the Life Science Industry Practice for New England and the Eastern United States. He worked with numerous life science companies, including Genzyme, Vertex, Sepracor and Cubist Pharmaceuticals. As an SEC Consulting Partner for PwC, he worked closely with SEC staff. Mr. Reardon has also served on the Board of the Emerging Companies Section of Biotechnology Industry ("BIO") and the Board of Directors of the Massachusetts Biotechnology Council ("MBC").
