Frank Whalen, C.P.A. ׀ Controller
Mr. Whalen joined the Company as a consultant in 1997 and was appointed Controller in 2001. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Whalen worked in a variety of financial accounting and reporting management positions at Bull HN Information Systems and Wyman-Gordon Company. He also worked in accounting, auditing and taxes at Deloitte & Touche (formerly Deloitte Haskins & Sells). Mr. Whalen is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Whalen earned a B.S. in Accounting at the University of Rhode Island in 1974 and an MBA from Babson College in 1985 where he concentrated in management and strategic planning. He also earned a Certificate in Biotechnology at Quinsigamond Community College.
