Mr. El Zein was appointed a member of the Company's Board in 1992 and was appointed Vice Chairman of the Board in 1997. He has been Director of Pillar Investment Ltd., a private investment and management firm, since 1991. In his capacity as a director of Pillar Investment, Mr. El Zein is also the general partner of Optima Life Sciences.
