From Points West
Take the Mass Pike (Route I-90) to the Cambridge/Brighton exit and follow the signs to Cambridge (move to the right or middle lane and exit -to the right at the first exit). Continue straight over the River Street bridge, and make a right onto Memorial Drive. You will pass Micro Center and Shell gas station on the left. Continue on Memorial Drive, staying in the middle lane. At the rotary, take the first right onto Waverly Street. Follow Waverly Street to Erie Street. Idera Pharmaceuticals is located at 167 Sidney Street, at the corner of Erie Street. Parking is available across the street.
From Points North or South
Take Route 93 to Storrow Drive-Cambridge. Stay to the right and follow signs for Cambridge-Somerville. At the set of lights at the end of the ramp, turn left onto Nashua Street, and take an immediate right onto Route 28 North/O'Brien Highway. Pass the Museum of Science on the left and turn left at the next light onto Land Boulevard. Continue through two sets of lights. Land Boulevard becomes Memorial Drive - the Charles River will be on the left. At the fork, stay to the right to turn right onto Massachusetts Avenue. Proceed on Massachusetts Avenue to Sidney Street. Take a left on Sidney Street. Idera Pharmaceuticals is located at 167 Sidney Street. Parking is available across the street.
From Downtown Boston on Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA)
From Downtown Boston, on the "Green Line -B," follow Commonwealth Avenue West through Kenmore Square until you see the central campus of Boston University on your right. The MBTA Green Line runs above ground to the left. Turn right and cross the Charles River over the BU Bridge. Continue around the rotary until you get to Brookline Street. Follow Brookline Street to Waverly Street. Proceed on Waverly Street to Erie Street. Take a left at Erie Street. Idera Pharmaceuticals is located at 167 Sidney Street.
From Downtown Boston on the "Red Line." Take the Red Line toward Alewife and exit at the Central Square stop. You will be on Massachusetts Avenue. Facing Massachusetts Avenue, walk to your left and proceed toward the Charles River. As you approach Sidney Street, you will see a Fire Station on the right side of Massachusetts Avenue. Take a right onto Sidney Street, and proceed approximately 6½ blocks. Idera Pharmaceuticals is located at 167 Sidney Street.
